policy is - If you get it and don't like or want it we will take it back or
replace it less the shipping charge. SHIPPING
& HANDLING: TO APO's When you
check out our system will automatically add a standard $ 12.50 for S&H.
When we ship your order we will refund you the $ 12.50.
There are certain restrictions.
We provide a 15 day, return policy. Provided the pipe is unsmoked. Refunds are
for the cost of the pipe and do not include S&H.
* 5% restocking charge for pipes under $ 100.00
* 10% restocking charge on Non-Defective Returns Over $100 that we may waive
at our discretion.
* On returns after 15 days and on custom made pipes
there is a a 25% restocking charge.
* All returns must be approved ahead of time. email

*We accept checks drawn on US and Canadian banks & International Money Orders.
*No US Postal Orders as they are only cashable in the USA and we are in Canada.
*We accept International Orders.
For certain overseas countries we will ask you for a faxed copy of your credit
card.
* Shipping charges for the USA and Canada are $ 12.50 unless marked otherwise.
* Shipping is by Regular Air Mail, Express or Expedited Post Insured (tracking).
* Shipping charges for international orders may be higher than shown in the
checkout, and are determined by the total weight and shipping method. We will
email an invoice to you with the corrected shipping amount.
* International orders will be billed at actual shipping cost by order weight.
All fees and duties imposed by any foreign government are the responsibility
of the purchaser and must be paid as demanded by the governing authority. We
are not responsible for items confiscated, destroyed, or damaged by any customs
department.
All responsibility for shipments outside of the US lies with the purchaser.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours (excepting snow storms, high water, hail and other acts of G-D) via and we will advise you promptly of
