Victor Yashtylov - is a Russain artist who has recently become know for his pipes - we will be getting some shortly - but he also makes these superb tampers. When I saw them I just knew I had to have them. They are made from brass and certainly solid. The pick scrapper rests inside the case and screws in firmly. No rattling. Each tamper comes in a leather sleeve. Absolutely fantastic tampers. There are two different tampers and we have only a few of each.
