The credit can used for the purchase of any new pipe, not on sale. * If the pipe is unsmoked than we will give you 50% credit of the purchase price. * The pipe must in be in good condition with the original stem. (If no original stem we can still consider it). * If it is a pipe that you have not purchased from us then email us or call toll free 1-888-782-1410 and we will give you a valuation. * Shipping - please ship the pipe by USPS, (United States Postal Service): Mark on the outside of the package Goods being
sent for repair.
