SHIPPING INFORMATION We normally ship via Express Post Insured. Delivery within the North America is generally 5-7 business days. All packages are trackable. Our normally shipping charge is $ 12.50 all in for any shipment up to $ 1,000.00 in value. Within North America by shipping Express Post Insured you will not have to pay customs duties or sale taxes. Overseas shipping the cost varies by country and the delivery system. The amount will be shown when you check out using your credit card. Customs duties and any applicable taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in any international shipping charge. |
RETURN POLICY
All pipes and accessories are returnable for a refund less shipping and a 5% restocking charge. Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. We may at our discretion waive the restocking charge. All returns must be approved beforehand. After 15 days a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price. The items must be in the original packaging and in unsmoked undamaged condition if the item is a new pipe if an estate pipe then in the same cleaned & sterilized condition it was sent out in.
