This is strictly a mailing address: Most of our stock is not in Toronto but in our warehouse outside the city.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

There is a standard $12.50 shipping & handling fee for up to 2 pipes. This includes insurance. This applies to the United States, Canada. Overseas and Latin America shipping varies according to the country. It will show you how much when you check out using your credit card.
More than two (2) and we may waive any additional shipping costs at our discretion.
We ship all pipes either Air Mail, Expedited, Express or FEDED depending on location. If FEDEX we will notify of the extra charge before shipping.

OUR POLICY - RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your pipe contact us and will advise how to return. You must do this within 15 days of receipt, UN-smoked and we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling and a 5% restocking charge. Which we may waive at our discretion. Returns will only be accepted once we have approved them in advance.
