Commonweal II Canadian (lantern) # 2356

A Canadian with a non classic finish. The bowl is smooth with carving on it that is filled with real gold dots to reflect the light. It  mimics a traditional Japanese lantern (Toro - picture of lantern with pipe), below. The shank is carved and is a brown/gold stain. Then a real Bone shank  extension and a  Cumberland stem. Unusual to the Western eye. Sitter.
